1.3 您的聊天内容、好友信息、朋友圈等数据主要存储在您的设备本地和iCloud中（如启用iCloud备份/同步）。当您使用AI功能（包括图片识别）时，您输入的文字内容及您选择发送的图片会通过网络发送至我们的服务器并转发给第三方AI服务提供商处理并返回结果。我们不会在我们的服务器长期存储您的聊天内容或图片内容。

三、第三方服务
3.1 本应用使用第三方AI服务提供商DeepSeek、通义千问 Qwen来处理用户输入并生成回复或识别结果。
3.2 当您使用聊天/图片功能时，您输入的文字内容及您选择发送的图片会通过网络发送至上述第三方AI服务进行处理。
3.3 我们不会将您的邮箱、密码等账号信息传输给上述第三方AI服务提供商。
3.4 DeepSeek与通义千问 Qwen的使用受其自身的隐私政策约束。我们建议您查看其隐私政策以了解其数据处理方式。
3.5 请勿在聊天中输入身份证号、银行卡号、密码等敏感信息。
四、数据存储和安全
4.1 我们会在服务器端存储提供服务所必需的信息（例如账号信息、Token余额与交易记录）。应用内容数据主要存储在您的设备本地和iCloud中（如启用iCloud备份/同步）。
4.2 我们采用行业标准的安全措施来保护您的信息，并使用HTTPS加密传输。
五、数据备份和恢复
5.1 您可以通过应用内的备份功能导出您的数据。
5.2 备份文件存储在您的设备或iCloud中，我们无法访问。
六、儿童隐私
6.1 本应用不面向13岁以下的儿童。
6.2 如果我们发现收集了13岁以下儿童的信息，我们将立即删除。
七、您的权利
7.1 您可以随时通过应用内的"一键还原"功能删除本地与iCloud中的应用内容数据。
7.2 如需注销账号或删除服务器端账号信息，您可以通过 账号删除页面 在线自助完成；如遇问题也可联系我们。
7.3 您可以随时停止使用本应用。
八、隐私政策变更
8.1 我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。
8.2 重大变更将在应用内通知您。

We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information Collection
1.1 If you register/log in to an account, we may collect the following information:
- Email
- Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form)
- Login verification information (such as verification codes and login timestamps)
1.2 We may collect the following for application functionality and security:
- Token balance, usage, and recharge records (for billing purposes only)
- Account identifier (to distinguish guest vs registered accounts)
- Device identifier (for guest identity and abuse prevention)
- Basic logs (such as IP address, request time, and error logs, for security and troubleshooting)
1.3 Your chat content, friend information, moments, and other data are primarily stored locally on your device and in iCloud (if iCloud sync/backup is enabled). When you use AI features (including image analysis), your text input and any images you choose to send will be sent over the network to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI service providers for processing and returned to you. We do not store your chat content or image content on our servers long-term.
2. Information Use
- Authentication, account login, and account management
- Billing, payment processing, and transaction records
- Providing AI chat, content generation, and image analysis features
- Security, risk control, and troubleshooting
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 This application uses third-party AI service providers (DeepSeek, Qwen) to process user input and generate responses or analysis results.
3.2 When you use chat/image features, your text input and any images you choose to send will be transmitted over the network to the above third-party AI services for processing.
3.3 We do not transmit your account information such as email or password to the above third-party AI service providers.
3.4 Use of DeepSeek and Qwen is subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review their privacy policies to understand their data processing practices.
3.5 Please do not enter sensitive information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, passwords, etc. in chats.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 We store information necessary to provide the service on our servers (e.g., account information, Token balance and transaction records). Application content data is primarily stored on your device and in iCloud (if iCloud sync/backup is enabled).
4.2 We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information and use HTTPS encryption for data transmission.
5. Data Backup and Recovery
5.1 You can export your data through the backup feature in the application.
5.2 Backup files are stored on your device or in iCloud, and we cannot access them.
6. Children's Privacy
6.1 This application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
6.2 If we discover that we have collected information from children under 13, we will delete it immediately.
7. Your Rights
7.1 You can delete application content data on your device and in iCloud at any time through the "Reset to Blank" feature in the application.
7.2 To close your account or delete server-side account information, you can complete the process directly on the Account Deletion page; if needed, you may still contact us for support.
7.3 You can stop using this application at any time.
8. Privacy Policy Changes
8.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
8.2 Significant changes will be notified to you within the application.
8.3 Continued use of this application indicates your agreement to the updated Privacy Policy.
