欢迎使用本应用。在使用本应用之前，请仔细阅读本服务使用协议（以下简称"本协议"）。使用本应用即表示您同意遵守本协议的所有条款。
一、服务说明
1.1 本应用是一款AI聊天应用，允许用户与AI好友进行对话、发送图片、生成朋友圈内容等功能。
1.2 本应用在提供AI文本生成与图片识别等能力时，可能会使用第三方AI服务（DeepSeek、通义千问 Qwen）处理用户输入并返回结果。
1.3 为实现上述功能，您输入的文字内容及您选择发送的图片可能会通过网络传输至我们的服务器，并由我们的服务器转发至第三方AI服务提供商进行处理。请勿在输入内容中包含身份证号、银行卡号、密码等敏感信息。
二、用户账户
2.1 本应用支持访客模式与账号模式。若您选择注册/登录账号，我们将收集并处理您的邮箱等必要信息用于身份验证与账号管理。
2.2 若您启用iCloud同步/备份功能，应用数据将与您的iCloud账户进行同步。iCloud由Apple提供并受其条款与隐私政策约束。
2.3 您有责任妥善保管您的账号信息与设备安全。
三、使用规则
3.1 用户不得使用本应用进行任何违法、有害、威胁、辱骂、骚扰、诽谤、粗俗、淫秽或其他令人反感的行为。
3.2 用户不得尝试干扰或破坏本应用的正常运行。
3.3 用户不得使用本应用传输任何恶意软件、病毒或其他有害代码。
四、Token和付费服务
4.1 本应用使用Token系统进行计费。
4.2 Token余额和充值记录仅用于计费目的。
4.3 用户可以通过应用内购买的方式充值Token（以应用内实际提供的充值方式为准）。
4.4 所有付费交易均通过Apple的App Store进行，受Apple的支付条款约束。
4.5 访客模式仅可消耗Token，无法进行充值（以应用内提示为准）。
五、数据存储
5.1 用户数据（好友列表、聊天记录、朋友圈等）主要存储在用户的设备本地和iCloud中（如启用iCloud备份/同步）。
5.2 为提供AI服务，我们会将必要的输入内容（文字及您选择发送的图片）通过网络传输至第三方AI服务提供商（DeepSeek、通义千问 Qwen）进行处理。除为提供服务、计费与安全合规所必需的信息外，我们不会在我们的服务器长期存储您的聊天内容或图片内容。
5.3 用户可以通过备份功能导出其数据。
六、服务变更和终止
6.1 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用或其任何部分的权利。
6.2 如果用户违反本协议，我们有权终止用户对本应用的使用。
七、免责声明
7.1 本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。
7.2 我们不保证本应用将满足用户的所有要求，或本应用将不间断、及时、安全或无错误。
7.3 对于因使用或无法使用本应用而造成的任何损害，我们不承担责任。
八、知识产权
8.1 本应用的所有知识产权归开发者所有。
8.2 用户生成的内容（如聊天记录、朋友圈）归用户所有。
九、协议修改
9.1 我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。
9.2 修改后的协议将在应用内公布，继续使用本应用即表示您同意修改后的协议。

Welcome to this application. Before using this application, please read these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully. By using this application, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
1.1 This application is an AI chat application that allows users to chat with AI friends, send images, generate moments content, and other features.
1.2 To provide AI text generation and image understanding, this application may use third-party AI services (DeepSeek, Qwen) to process user input and return results.
1.3 To enable these features, your text input and any images you choose to send may be transmitted over the network to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI service providers for processing. Please do not include sensitive information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, or passwords in your input.
2. User Accounts
2.1 This application supports Guest Mode and Account Mode. If you choose to register/log in, we will collect and process necessary information such as your email for authentication and account management.
2.2 If you enable iCloud sync/backup, application data will be synced to your iCloud account. iCloud is provided by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
2.3 You are responsible for keeping your account information and device secure.
3. Usage Rules
3.1 Users shall not use this application for any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable conduct.
3.2 Users shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application.
3.3 Users shall not use this application to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
4. Tokens and Paid Services
4.1 This application uses a Token system for billing.
4.2 Token balance and recharge records are used solely for billing purposes.
4.3 Users can recharge Tokens through in-app purchases (subject to what is available in the application).
4.4 All paid transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
4.5 Guest mode can consume Tokens only and cannot recharge (subject to in-app prompts).
5. Data Storage
5.1 User data (friend lists, chat records, moments, etc.) is stored locally on the user's device and in iCloud (if iCloud sync/backup is enabled).
5.2 To provide AI services, we may transmit necessary input (text and any images you choose to send) to third-party AI service providers (DeepSeek, Qwen) over the network for processing. Except for information necessary for providing the service, billing, security, and compliance, we do not store your chat content or image content on our servers long-term.
5.3 Users can export their data through the backup feature.
6. Service Changes and Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this application or any part thereof at any time.
6.2 If a user violates this Agreement, we have the right to terminate the user's use of this application.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
7.2 We do not guarantee that this application will meet all user requirements, or that this application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
7.3 We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights of this application belong to the developer.
8.2 User-generated content (such as chat records, moments) belongs to the user.
9. Agreement Modifications
9.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
9.2 Modified agreements will be published within the application. Continued use of this application indicates your agreement to the modified terms.
